Shipping Info

Most in-stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours after checkout, pending credit card approval. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Hawaii time (3:00PM PST, 6:00PM EST) will usually ship the same day! We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Delivery times are calculated after the ship date. Example: If an order is shipped on Monday via UPS 2nd Day Air, it will be delivered on Wednesday (the second business day). Please be sure to check which day your order ships. Only orders made before 1:00 PM Hawaii time will usually ship the same day (see above), orders placed after 1:00 PM Hawaii time will usually ship the next business day.

Shipping Options

UPS Ground
Orders will arrive 3 to 6 business days after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery on Oahu is 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Available to all US addresses.UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. APO/FPO military addresses will ship US Postal Priority Mail.

UPS 2nd Day Air
Orders will arrive on the second business day after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Available to US addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Alaska. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
* Rate is higher for certain parts of Alaska

FedEx Overnight to Western States
Orders will arrive 1 to 2 business days after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). 1 Day delivery is available to AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA, and parts of AK, some remote areas may have a later delivery commitment. All other states are 2 day delivery. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.

FedEx Inter-Island Air (Hawaii Only)
Orders will arrive the Next Business Day after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Available to all major Hawaiian Islands excluding Oahu. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.

International Shipping Policy

Most in-stock orders will be shipped within one to two business days after checkout, pending credit card approval. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Currently SplashHawaii.com ships to the following countries: Australia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Portugal, Puerto Rico, and Spain.

Customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, duties, and/or other fees may be charged to shipments entering your country. Since taxes and fees vary by country, weight, contents of package, and other variables, it is not possible to estimate what charges may apply. Please check with your local government agency if any taxes and/or fees will be applied to your shipment. If any taxes and/or fees apply to your shipment, they will be charged upon delivery.

When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. To track a package sent via UPS, visit Help Central and click on Order Status. No tracking is available for shipments sent through the US Postal Service.

International Shipping Options

FedEx International Priority
Orders will arrive 2 to 3 business days after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders to Canada will arrive 1 to 2 business days after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).

USPS Global Express Mail
Orders will arrive 4 to 7 business days after being shipped to most major destinations in Europe and Asia (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders to most destinations in Canada will arrive 3 to 5 business days after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).

USPS Global Priority Mail
Orders will usually arrive 5 to 10 business days after being shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). This service is only available to Canada and Japan. Orders over a pound will be upgraded to USPS Global Express Mail (see delivery times above).
