Returns and Exchanges

SplashHawaii.com wants you to be happy with your purchase. The suits we sell are brand new. Therefore, we must meticulously follow the Return/Exchange Policy to ensure all our customers are provided with a clean product for their health and safety.

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of order. Items must be in clean, unworn, unwashed, and salable condition with all tags and hygienic liners still attached. If you are returning a swimsuit, both the top and bottom must be returned to receive a refund.

A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are soiled, mishandled, laundered, incomplete, missing tags/liners, or otherwise abused and/or not conforming to our Return/Exchange Policy will be returned and incur a $15 shipping and handling fee. A $10 restocking fee will apply to each returned item.

All sales are Final on Sale Department items, exchanges for sizes are OK. No returns or exchanges on thongs, add-a-size pads, or oils & lotions will be accepted.

Returns will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
