How often is new merchandise added to your website?
We receive new products everyday. Being located in Hawaii we receive next season’s swimwear months before the rest of the country does, some of which is exclusive to the Hawaii market and can’t be found anywhere else.
Are you really in Hawaii?
Yes! We are the premier swimwear shop in Hawaii, and have been for the past 25 years. We are located in Honolulu on the island of Oahu, about 5 minutes form Waikiki.
My order hasn't arrived, how do I track my order?
To track a package sent via UPS, visit Help Central and click on Order Status. Please have your order number and postal (ZIP) code handy, they will need to be entered for order tracking. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. You can also contact SplashHawaii.com via email at help@splashhawaii.com, or at 1-888-978-SWIM, for assistance with tracking your package. No tracking is available for shipments sent through the US Postal Service.
Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information and place your order, we'll give you an order number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please call 1-888-978-SWIM as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Can I get a catalog sent to me?
Our selection changes so rapidly we have given up printing catalogs. Using our website as our catalog allows us to provide you with the freshest products as soon as we receive them.
Can I subscribe to receive emails from SplashHawaii.com?
SplashHawaii.com keep our email subscribers informed about our latest merchandise, special offers, and promotions. On occasion we may send out an additional e-mail for a special announcement or promotion.Just send an email to help@splashhawaii.com and type “subscribe to newsletter” in the subject box. Subscribers can always unsubscribe or opt-out at any time. Just send an email to help@splashhawaii.com and type “unsubscribe to newsletter” in the subject box. You can also call SplashHawaii.com customer service toll free at 1-888-978-SWIM and request to be removed from our list.
Do you have any physical stores?
Yes. If you are planning to visit Hawaii, stop by our flagship store on the lower level of the Ala Moana Center. We are right next to the Makai Market (food court), situated directly under Neiman Marcus.
